This policy covers mrdncreative.com, the company site for Meridian Creative, our creator accelerator and the front door to our two products. Each product has its own policy, because each handles different data:
- Prime Meridian (primemrdn.ai), the AI manager for creators: primemrdn.ai/privacy
- Meridian Club (mrdnclub.com), our creator showcase for brands: mrdnclub.com/privacy
If you use those products, those policies are the ones that matter. This page covers only the company site itself.

What this site collects
Not much. mrdncreative.com is an informational page:
- No accounts. You can't sign up or log in on this site.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which parts of the page they read. It sets cookies in your browser (the
_gafamily) and sends Google technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser, and device type. Google processes this on our behalf under the Google Privacy Policy. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't connect it to your name or email. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. - Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and operations for a short period.
Accelerator applications
Applying to the accelerator happens on a form hosted by Tally (tally.so), a third-party form service. What you enter there is collected by Tally on our behalf and delivered to us; Tally's own privacy policy governs its handling of the form. We use your application to evaluate you for the program and to contact you about it, nothing else. We don't sell or rent applicant information, and we don't use it for advertising. If your application isn't successful, we delete it within 12 months.
If you email us (accelerator@mrdncreative.com or contact@mrdncreative.com), we keep the correspondence as long as we need it to handle whatever it's about, and we use your address only to reply.
Your rights
Email contact@mrdncreative.com to ask for a copy of any data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We confirm requests within 3 business days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honor them the same way for everyone. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we'll post the change here before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
